1. Product Description: all products of the company are custom-made without stock unless otherwise specified. For the company's existing general products, you can directly place an order for production; We can also develop new products according to your needs, and you will have the exclusive right to new products.

2. Customization process: after you select or design the product you want to customize, you can contact our company, provide samples or drawings, and inform the specific requirements of the product, such as technical requirements, material, specification, surface requirements, logo, quantity and packaging. We will calculate an accurate quotation, product development time and sample submission time for you as soon as possible, as well as the completion time of the order after sample confirmation.

3. Contract signing: after communication between both parties, we will issue a detailed order contract, which will take effect after both parties confirm to sign and seal.

4. Proofing instructions: the technical department of our company will develop the molds required for the production of products and formulate the production process according to the samples or drawings provided by you. After the samples are completed, you need to check and confirm them. After the samples are confirmed to be correct, both parties will keep the samples as the standard of production and experience.

5. Payment method: 30% deposit will be charged when the contract is signed, and the balance will be paid and delivered after the order is completed and accepted.

6. Shipping instructions: arrange the delivery according to the method specified by the customer. After delivery, we will inform you of the specific information for query.

7. Quality assurance: we will produce the products in full accordance with the product requirements and guarantee the quality. If there are any quality problems in the products, we will replace them for you free.
